This program is designed to help participants build self-esteem, strengthen confidence, develop leadership skills, and explore career paths. Students are chosen by the selection committee and will meet monthly to take part in sessions focused on leadership and team-building, while also learning about key aspects of the community. Session topics include Team Building, History and Culture, Local Government, Health and Human Services, Business and Industry, and Education. The program begins with an Orientation, Leadership Training, and a service project, and concludes with a graduation and certificate ceremony.
