What You’ll Do:
- Supervises daily packaging and warehousing operations during assigned shift to ensure customer requirements and production schedules are met
- Ensures the packaging and warehousing functions execute work efficiently and profitably while partnering closely together to meet all customer needs
- Monitors labor efficiency, line efficiency, downtime, utilization, and productivity performance throughout the shift
- Maintains a high level of inventory accuracy through proper operational execution and transactional compliance
- Manages effective collaboration and partnership between both the packaging and warehousing sides of the operation to guarantee a seamless, single service for the customer
