Scotland County Parks & Recreation will hold a Hope Baskets meeting at 11 a.m. at Scotland Place. There are 22 Meals on Wheels recipients and this year the effort will be for them them to receive a nice Christmas Basket. This project is about active seniors serving shut-in seniors. Scotland County Parks and Recreation will provide the baskets and want seniors (or anyone that is interested) to donate items to go in the baskets. This meeting will let everyone know exactly what needs to be done to fill the baskets and also get some input from seniors.
