Located in Laurinburg, North Carolina, the Small Business Innovation Center (SBIC) is a 12,800 square foot building that serves as a vital small business resource for the entire southeast region.  In addition to housing the office of the Scotland County Economic Development Corporation, Richmond Community College located several offices in the SBIC including the Small Business Center, the Customized Industrial Training Office and the Career Readiness Certificate Office.
