The Junior Leadership Scotland (JLS) program is a seven-month initiative by the Laurinburg/
Scotland County Area Chamber of Commerce which aims to provide personal growth
opportunities for students from Scotland County High Schools.
It is a wonderful chance to:

- Learn about public policy for local and state issues.
- Exercise confidence and team building.
- Discover the assets of local non-profit agencies.
- Learn about the unique history of Scotland County.
- Learn about the businesses and organizations that keep Scotland County strong.
